Arrival vs. departure transfers: how they differ

A transfer to the airport and one from the airport are booked the same way, but run on different logic: one is built around your landing, the other around your takeoff.
Arrival transfer: your driver waits for you
If you're arriving, the meeting point is the arrivals area — domestic or international, depending on your flight — and your driver is already there, waiting.
The flight sets the time, not the clock: since it's tracked in real time, pickup adjusts if you land earlier or later than scheduled, and the wait is included.
Departure transfer: door-to-door pickup
If you're heading to the airport, your driver picks you up at the address you provide, and departure time is timed to your flight, factoring in the access corridor and time of day.
Here the detail that matters most is your flight time and, at airports with more than one terminal, which one you need.
What information each one asks for
- Both: name, contact, email, date, and pickup or destination address.
- Arrival: flight number and estimated landing time.
- Departure: flight number and agreed pickup time.
- Both, optionally: number of passengers, vehicle class, and comments on special luggage.
