Estarter Air is the private ground transportation service of Estarter Technology S.A.S. to and from the airport, in every city we operate in. Estarter Technology S.A.S. provides the transportation service directly.
Once you complete the contact details form and make the corresponding payment, your booking is confirmed immediately. The price corresponds to the fixed rate published for the vehicle class and city selected, and covers the standard route between the airport and your destination, including the wait time included in the service. Additional stops, route changes, or other circumstances outside the standard route may carry an additional cost, which will be agreed separately before it applies.
Payment is made securely, on this site: with an international card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) via Stripe, or with Colombian payment methods (PSE, debit or credit card, or Nequi) via Wompi. Your card number and banking credentials never pass through our servers — they're processed directly by the payment gateway you choose.
Cancellation and refunds: you can cancel your booking at no cost if you request it at least 48 hours before your scheduled service — we'll refund 100% of what you paid. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, no refund applies. To request a cancellation, write to us on WhatsApp or by email with your booking reference.
Providing the service itself — vehicle, driver, and keeping to the agreed schedule — is the direct responsibility of Estarter Air (Estarter Technology S.A.S.), which provides the transportation service and manages your booking and online payment.
